Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds: We accept refunds for non-customized items in case of any error on our part, provided you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Customizable Items: Due to the personalized nature of customizable products, we cannot offer refunds on these items. However, if there is a mistake on our part, we offer an exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations: Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted after this period.

Damaged Items: In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
